We’re happy to assist with cancelling your order as long as its processing has not yet begun. If the order is already in advanced processing stages or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. For more details, please refer to the full cancellation policy in the Terms of Use.

If the doctor determines that the treatment is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.
If a prescription is issued following the medical consultation, but the treatment process has not yet begun, a refund will be provided in the amount of the order total, less the cost of the medical consultation.

Accepted Answer

If the doctor determines that the therapeutic solution is not suitable for you, you will receive a full refund of your payment in up to 7 business days.
