Privacy Policy
1. General
1.1 We at S.K.Cure Ltd., company no. 517152179, at 28 HaArba'a Street, Tel Aviv (hereinafter: "the Company") place great importance on safeguarding the privacy of users of this platform (hereinafter: "the Platform").
1.2 This Privacy Protection Policy applies to your use of the Platform irrespective of how you access or use it, including:
1.2.1 When you use the Platform, whether using your computer, mobile device or any other device, and whether you connect through a website and/or any application,
1.2.2 Telephone calls, email messages, other electronic messages including SMS, online chat, audio and/or video calls conducted through the Platform, browsing the website/portal and any other form of communication between you and the Company regarding the Platform and/or the services related thereto.
1.3 We implement advanced protection mechanisms to secure the information on the Platform. These security mechanisms are intended to reduce risks of breaches, data leakage, and misuse of information stored on the Platform, and to ensure the level of privacy protection required by law and in accordance with best practices.
1.4 Given the sensitivity of the information stored on our Platform, including users' medical information, we exercise extra caution to comply with international privacy protection standards, including the U.S. HIPAA standard, which prescribes a uniform approach to the management, storage and transmission of medical information.
1.5 It is clarified that this Privacy Protection Policy may change from time to time at the Company's sole discretion, as privacy policy is dynamic and may change as new content and services are added to the Platform that may affect the policy. We therefore recommend that you return to review this Privacy Protection Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made regarding the use of personal information, notification will be published on the Platform.
1.6 This document was drafted based on the relevant law at the time of writing, and we have done everything in our power to adapt the policy to legislative changes in the field. It is clarified that this Privacy Policy is not intended to permit the Company to perform actions prohibited by law.
2. Information Collected
2.1 We collect the following types of information:
2.1.1 Personal information – information that identifies you as an individual or that can be attributed to an identified person. This may include, among others, general information such as your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, location, IP address, email address, etc., as well as health‑related information including information about your illness, symptoms and possible causes, medical history, test results and any other personal health information.
2.1.2 Non‑personal (anonymous) information – information that does not identify and cannot be linked to users who use the Platform anonymously, and for users who created an account, as well as anonymous statistical data generated during normal use of the Platform. This mainly includes technical and aggregated usage pattern data, such as cumulative statistical analyses of Platform operation, browsing activities and browser information, app usage data, information collected using cookies, pixel tags and other technologies.
3. Collection of Information Based on Informed and Explicit Consent
3.1 It is clarified that you are not required to provide any personal information to the Platform, and the request to provide such information does not represent any demand by the Company. The decision whether to provide any information to the Platform is entirely yours. However, it is clarified that the Platform's questionnaires are intended to enable it and the doctors and pharmaceutical preparation centers providing their services through it (hereinafter: "Providers") to offer you services tailored to your personal needs in an optimal manner, and failure to provide such information may impair the ability of the Platform and Providers to do so, and may adversely affect the medical solution offered to you. All personal information provided to the Platform will be stored and used only in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Protection Policy.
3.2 You may be explicitly requested to share certain information with us. For example, when you create an account on the Platform or contact us via online forms and questionnaires on the Platform, email or in any other way. This information may include, among others, sensitive personal information relating to your health. The decision whether to share this information is entirely yours, but note that the Platform and/or the Providers may be unable to provide some or all services if some required information is not received. Moreover, absence of non‑essential but requested information may naturally affect the efficiency of the services or their personal adaptation to your specific needs and/or condition.
3.3 Subject to your explicit consent, we may receive such information about you from third parties, particularly from your Providers or your healthcare fund. Any transfer of such information to us is subject to your informed and explicit consent, which we and/or the transferring party must obtain before transmitting any personal information about you.
3.4 If you provide us personal information relating to other individuals, you declare that you have authority to do so, and that you permit us to use that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4. Automatic Information Collection
4.1 Through synchronization, the Platform collects various aggregated anonymous data and tracking technologies such as Cookies to assist the Platform. This enables collection of device information, browser type, visited pages, and other usage data stored locally on your device.
4.2 In addition to the information you consciously provide pursuant to our explicit request, or information you permit Providers to share with us, we automatically collect certain anonymous and aggregate data when you visit the Platform. We do this ourselves or through third‑party services, including using "cookies" and additional tracking technologies as detailed below.
4.3 The information collected as described in section 4.2 above may include your IP address (which may also be associated with your domain name or that of your internet service provider), data related to your usage and navigation within the Platform, unique identifiers relating to your mobile device or our app, and your estimated geographic location. We may collect this information in various ways. For example:
4.3.1 Certain information is collected automatically by most browsers or through your device, such as MAC address, computer type (Mac or Windows), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, system language, browser type and version, and the Platform software name and version. We use this information to ensure proper Platform functioning.
4.3.2 When you download and use the Platform as a mobile application, we may track app usage data, such as the date and time the app accessed our servers from your device, and which files and information were downloaded to the app based on your device number.
4.3.3 Certain information is collected via cookies. Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer you use. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, duration of service use, pages viewed, language preferences, and additional traffic data. We use this information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to present information more efficiently, and to personalize the user experience. We also collect statistical data about service usage to continuously improve their design and functionality, understand how they are used, and assist in troubleshooting. If you do not wish information to be collected via cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically refuse cookies or choose whether to accept or reject certain cookies (or sets of cookies) from a particular site. Note that this may prevent you from fully enjoying the services.
4.3.4 We may use pixel tags (also known as web beacons) and transparent GIF files (clear GIFs) to track user actions on the services (including email recipients), measure marketing campaign success, and compile usage and response rate statistics.
4.3.5 We may use third‑party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about service usage, and to report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding use of websites, apps, and other online resources.
5. Permitted Uses of the Collected Information
5.1 Your medical information is collected solely for the following medical and operational purposes:
5.1.1 Processing your personal information on the Platform in order to generate information, reports and feedback tailored to you personally, based on your personal information, according to the Platform's dedicated functionality.
5.1.2 Sharing your personal information with Providers to deliver the medical solution you ordered through them, medical treatment for the relevant medical issue, along with the personalized information, reports and feedback generated by the Platform based on your personal information, which the Provider who is a licensed physician may consider in their sole discretion when providing medical consultation; it is clarified that sharing your medical information with Providers (such as doctors and pharmacies) will be done only for the service you ordered through the Platform, in compliance with legal requirements; sensitive medical information (e.g. data that may harm you if disclosed) will be provided only to competent physicians, in accordance with the Patient's Rights Law, 1996.
5.1.3 Providing the Platform's functionality to you, such as arranging access to your account and providing customer support, subject to our ability to limit your access to personalized information, reports and feedback generated by the Platform. Such limited information will be accessible to authorized staff of the Provider delivering the medical solution you ordered.
5.1.4 Responding to your inquiries and fulfilling your requests when you contact us via one of the contact forms on the Platform, email or any other method—for example, when you send us questions, suggestions, feedback or complaints, or when you request additional information about our services or those of the Providers.
5.1.5 Verifying your details and providing ancillary customer support.
5.1.6 Complying with any legal or regulatory requirement, including to defend in legal proceedings, as reasonably required.
5.2 Your non‑medical personal information is collected solely for the purposes mentioned above, and additionally for the following:
5.2.1 Sending you administrative information, such as changes to our terms, conditions and policies.
5.2.2 Providing you with information, via email or other means, about our Company, the Platform, products and services, and sending you related marketing materials. This information may be general or tailored to your personal needs and preferences. If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us in the future, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every marketing message we send.
5.3 Except where the law requires otherwise, we may use non‑personal information for any purpose, without restriction, since it does not identify you or any other person and cannot be attributed back to you. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we may use non‑personal information for the purposes mentioned above and additionally for the following:
5.3.1 Analyzing your non‑personal data to improve the Platform's models, including through artificial intelligence software.
5.3.2 Conducting security monitoring to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
5.3.3 Developing new products and services.
5.3.4 Improving, fixing, maintaining, upgrading and modifying our existing products, services and safety measures.
5.3.5 Identifying usage trends—e.g. to understand which parts of our services are most interesting to users.
5.3.6 Assessing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns so that we can tailor them to users' needs and preferences.
6. Data Transfers Outside the Platform
6.1 We may share all your data with related companies, for them to use under the same terms we use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will be responsible for any breach of this Privacy Policy by those companies to the same extent as for our own acts or omissions. For this Privacy Policy, a "related company" means a company that owns or is owned by or under common control with the Company, directly or indirectly.
6.2 During the regular course of the Platform's business, we may share your personal information with third parties as detailed below and in the following cases:
6.2.1 We may share all your data, without limitation, with the Provider who is a doctor and/or medical institution from which you receive or wish to receive the medical solution ordered through the Platform.
6.2.2 We may share relevant data with external service providers, within Israel or abroad, whose services and solutions complement, assist and improve our services, including but not limited to pharmaceutical preparation centers, pharmacies, hosting and server services, network and content delivery, information security and cyber‑protection services, performance measurement services, data optimization and marketing services, content providers, as well as our legal and financial advisors. Such service providers may access your personal information only according to their role and purpose of use.
6.3 In addition to the above, in certain cases as described below, we may share your personal information with third parties where required or appropriate, especially when there is a legal obligation to do so:
6.3.1 We may share personal information to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including laws applicable outside your country of residence.
6.3.2 We may share personal information with third parties in connection with a transaction, such as a merger, sale of company assets or shares, corporate reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or part of our operations, or in the event of insolvency or similar proceedings.
6.3.3 Where permitted or required under privacy laws, we may disclose your personal information pursuant to a lawful request or to comply with legal obligations, if we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so, with or without prior notice to you.
6.3.4 Where permitted or required by law, we may share your personal information with others if we believe in good faith it may help protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, users of the Platform, or the public, with or without prior notice to you.
6.4 Any third party receiving information from the Platform as part of a service ordered via the Platform (doctor, pharmacy, technology provider) will sign a binding confidentiality agreement with the Company as a condition for receiving the information.
6.5 Any sharing of medical information by the Platform will be done in accordance with Israeli law (including the Privacy Protection Law, 1981; the Patient's Rights Law, 1996; Ministry of Health regulations, etc.), even if the Provider to whom the information is transferred operates outside the jurisdiction of the State of Israel.
6.6 Except where the law requires otherwise, we may share your non‑personal (anonymous) information with any party, for any purpose, without restrictions or liability on our part.
7. Your Right to Access Your Personal Information
7.1 At any time, you are entitled to request to review the personal information we have collected and stored about you on the Platform. Such a request should be submitted via an online form or email to service@skcure.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you without undue delay a printed or electronic copy of the personal information collected and stored by the Platform, provided that we may restrict your access to:
7.3.1 The personalized information, reports and feedback generated by the Platform;
7.3.2 Personal information pertaining to your medical or mental condition, if in our opinion or that of licensed Providers such information may cause serious harm to your physical or mental health or endanger your life;
7.3.3 Any other information we may be obligated to limit access to pursuant to any law.
7.2 Such restricted information will be accessible to the Provider who is a doctor and/or medical institution from which you receive or wish to receive the medical solution ordered through the Platform.
7.3 You may at any time request that your medical information stored on the Platform be transferred to a licensed physician of your choosing by submitting an online form or email to service@skcure.com.
7.4 It is clarified that if we refuse to comply with your request to access and/or correct your personal information, we are obligated to notify you accordingly in accordance with the law. In such case of refusal, you are entitled to appeal to a Magistrate's Court in the manner prescribed in the Privacy Protection (Conditions for Access to Information and Appeal Procedures regarding Refusal to Grant Access), 1981.
8. Accuracy of the Information You Provide to the Platform
8.1 It is clarified that you are obligated to ensure that any information you choose to provide to the Platform, insofar as you submit any information, is true, complete and accurate at the time of submission, including any information about your health condition, existing medical conditions and medications you are taking. You undertake to immediately inform the physician and/or medical institution from which you receive or wish to receive the medical solution ordered through the Platform of any change in your health condition and/or medication not related to treatment prescribed by the physician as mentioned above.
8.2 You undertake not to provide any false or partial information to the Platform. It is clarified that the treatment you receive from the Provider who is a physician will be based on the information you provide to the Platform, and the treating physician and Providers acting in accordance with the physician's decisions will rely on the accuracy of that information in making treatment‑related decisions.
8.3 It is clarified that any information that is not accurate or complete may lead to various negative consequences, including impairing the ability to provide you with the appropriate medical solution and even endangering your health, and that any damage or loss caused to you due to inaccurate or incomplete information you provided will be your sole responsibility.
9. Your Right to Update Your Personal Information
9.1 If the Platform functionality allows it, you are entitled to change, update or add to your personal information stored on the Platform yourself at any time. If the Platform functionality does not allow you to modify certain personal information, you are entitled to request that we correct the said personal information by submitting an online form or email to service@skcure.com.
9.2 Under no circumstances will we unreasonably refuse or ignore such a request. Unless there are substantial grounds to deny your request, we will make the correction, update or addition to your personal information according to your request and notify the Provider who is a physician and/or medical institution from which you receive or wish to receive the medical solution ordered through the Platform—without undue delay. If there are substantial reasons to deny your request, we will notify you of the denial and detail the reasons in a reasonable manner.
9.3 For the avoidance of doubt, our refusal does not prevent you from contacting the Provider who is a physician and/or medical institution from which you receive or wish to receive the medical solution ordered through the Platform with the same request, and you may do so at any time at your sole discretion.
10. Your Right to Delete Your Personal Information
10.1 We will retain your personal information as long as your user account is active, in order to allow you access to your information and provide you with the Platform's services.
10.2 We may continue to retain your personal information even after you deactivate your user account or cease using the Platform, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve user disputes, enforce our agreements or protect our legitimate interests, and in accordance with any law. When your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it. In any event, personal information stored on the Platform, including medical and non‑medical information, will not be retained longer than the period permitted by law.
10.3 You are entitled to request that we delete your personal information by submitting an online form or email to service@skcure.com. Upon submission of the request, please take into account that in the absence of your personal information, the Platform will be unable to provide personalized services tailored to your needs. We will verify the request and respond in accordance with applicable law, considering the type of personal data and its sensitivity.
10.4 It is clarified that we will not accede to a deletion request if it conflicts with legal requirements, or if retaining the personal information is necessary for the Provider who is a physician or medical institution to comply with legal obligations, including the Public Health Regulations (Record‑Keeping), 1976.
10.5 For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any conflicting provision, we may retain non‑personal (anonymous) information for as long as it does not identify you or any other person and cannot be attributed to you.
11. External Affiliations and Connections
11.1 The Platform may access services offered by external affiliates. These affiliates include licensors, licensors of the Platform, users of social media, external advertising platforms, and other related parties. The Platform may integrate with third‑party platforms such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM, other publishers, advertising networks, connected services, or corporate platforms, including affiliate platforms. The collection and transfer of personal information through these integrations is subject to applicable external privacy policies and technical arrangements.
11.2 Affiliates may include platforms such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM and others, which may receive usage data and identifiers from the Platform. These entities may link this data to other data collected under their own policies, for purposes such as analytics, advertising and profiling.
11.3 Subject to applicable law, we may share data with affiliates for analytics, security, service provision, and service improvement purposes. Such affiliates may access usage data, technical data, and identifiers from the Platform. However, we ensure contractual and technical safeguards are in place, including where required, to protect user privacy and limit use of shared data.

12.1 We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including technical and security standards, privacy laws, healthcare regulations, data retention requirements, and other relevant obligations.

13. Platform Security Incident Reporting
13.1 In the event of a breach or potential compromise of confidentiality or security related to user data on the Platform—such as unauthorized access, data leakage, malware, or deliberate attack—we will promptly escalate the incident to authorized personnel. We will investigate, evaluate impact, and respond appropriately. Notifications to users and authorities will be issued if required, and forensic and remediation steps taken, including coordination with legal, IT, and security teams.
